Are you a student looking for a unique opportunity to work outdoors, network with golfers, and make good money? Our Wheeling golf course is seeking year-round caddies to join our team. With safety protocols in place, you can focus on providing exceptional customer service and enjoying the camaraderie of the golf course.
Ideal candidates have flexible schedules and can work full days, including weekends. Caddies have the potential to earn significant income based on availability.
What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
Deliver first-class customer service to golfers and club visitors
Accompany golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags up to 35 pounds
Provide course knowledge and assistance with decision-making
Help golfers by calculating yardage and locating errant shots
Maintain the course and clean clubs and golf balls
Education and Experience Requirements
General golf knowledge is required; professional golf experience is not necessary
Outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset
Physical capability to carry two bags weighing up to 35 pounds each
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, golf retail, or outdoor roles is a plus
